Assisted Housing

We specialize in providing services to various subsidized housing entities. Each year, we conduct over 100 audits of entities involved with USDA-RD, HUD, Housing Authorities and IRC section 42 tax credits. Because of our extensive experience with Housing and Urban Development (HUD), USDA-Rural Development, Tax Credits (per IRC 42), and Housing Authorities, we can help our clients successfully comply with government requirements and regulations.

In addition to audit and tax services, we also provide cost certifications and other agreed-upon procedures required by the particular governing agencies.

The size of our firm provides for individual attention to our clients, and we also have the resources available to attend to our clients’ needs on a timely basis. We have very low attrition, thus, our staff continues to obtain continuing education and experience with the various industries and reporting requirements.

We place great importance on the education of our staff. Our continuing professional education not only meets but exceeds the standards of the AICPA and those contained in Government Auditing Standards.
