Areas of Expertise / Specialization: My expertise is audits, with emphasis in public companies and additional specialty in not-for-profit organizations. I also specialize in audits of companies throughout Asia.
Short background of pertinent work experience: I was employed at KPMG for ten years after graduation, where I specialized in the audits of manufacturing entities and not-for-profit entities. I have been associated with Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw and its predecessors for about eight years.
Outside hobbies and interests: I love to travel, which I have had the opportunity to do quite a bit lately. I also love the outdoors - camping, backpacking, fishing, whitewater rafting, or anything else outside, especially if it is outside in the mountains. My great loves, in fact, besides family and friends, are the mountains, travel, reading, and chocolate - but not necessarily in that order. I read a great variety of things, but my preferred genres are classic literature and fantasy/adventure. And I love chocolate in about any of its varieties.

After acquiring a part of that practice, I moved my office to Salt Lake, where I practiced as a sole proprietor until joining with Marty Van Wagoner and other partners in 2006.
Outside hobbies and interests: I love to hunt and fish, water-ski, and wakeboard. I read outdoor magazines and trade journals almost exclusively.
